However, the weak sewage treatment capacity is a natural “wounding injury” to the old device. It is difficult to achieve wastewater discharge standards through a simple process of adsorbing phenol. In addition, the production process becomes increasingly obsolete, and the aging of the equipment is exacerbated. The old device discharge problem becomes a chronic problem. .
Under the increasingly severe situation of environmental protection, the branch boldly proposed that the sewage from the old equipment be handled by the new equipment, and at the same time, a biochemical pool with a large amount of processing capacity should be expanded for the use of two sets of equipment. Since January 2008, the new installation sewage tank has received the old equipment sewage in a holistic manner. The phenol content in the sewage from the two sets of equipment is much lower than the emission index. At the same time, two sets of biochemical tanks are used together, which greatly increases the flexibility of sewage treatment.
After beginning to taste the sweetness brought about by the integration of wastewater treatment, in early 2008, the branch sent the phenol-containing process water processed by the old unit's raw material recovery unit to the new unit's raw material recovery unit (recoverable phenol raw materials) and passed it. Careful debugging, overcoming the difficulties of multiple process parameter fluctuations, proved by practice that the new device has the operational feasibility of accepting the old device's process water in full, and this will be incorporated into the process operation after the old device is driven and resumed production. By then, the new device will not only help the old device recover phenol, but also cut off the vast majority of phenol wastewater from the old device. At the same time, the implementation of this project also directly replaced the budgeted one million yuan desalination tower project that was originally planned for implementation at the beginning of the year.
